O baixista brasileiro Kita Steuer, também compositor, arranjador e vocalista do grupo Samba Soul Transatlântico, trará a Londres um dos ritmos mais modernos da atualidade, o funky samba-rock.

O grupo apresentará canções originais e mixagens de trabalhos que influenciaram seu estilo, como Jorge Benjor, Tom Jobim, Gilberto Gil, Ed Motta e as bandas brasileiras Banda Black Rio, Trio Mocotó e Clube do Balanço.

Steuer e sua banda de nove integrantes apresentarão sons únicos, que misturam o sabor da Música Popular Brasileira de qualidade ao espírito de James Brown e Stevie Wonder.

Kita Steuer & Samba Soul Transatlantic will show London contemporary sounds

Kita Steuer, Brazilian bass player, songwriter, arranger and backing vocalist together with his 9 piece Brazilian band will bring to London one of the most contemporary sounds of today’s music world.

On the 17th of November, the band will play in London original material and mixing Steuer’s influences of Jorge Benjor, Tom Jobim, Gilberto Gil, Ed Motta and Brazilian groups Banda Black Rio, Trio Mocotó and Clube do Balanço.

Steuer and his band merges funk, soul and Brazilian vibes in his music. The result is a funky samba-rock rhythm with lyrics in tune with the world, relationships and our times.

The band will perform to Londoners all its modern style of music, which has a flavour of Popular Brazilian Music and the spirit of James Brown and Steve Wonder.
